We realised one of the biggest costs in buying something is the resellers, agents and retailers that are involved in what you buy and they all add money to the price of products. We believe that they are not only unnecessary but also way too expensive.
We created a platform that allows us to offer a wide variety of products straight from the factory and delivered right to your door in the Australia. No fulfillment centres to staff, no warehouses to build or rent, and no shops to stock… - you get the picture. We chose to sell things that are usually more expensive due to their high quality and get marked-up even more by high street chains due to their overheads. We did it so you could afford to buy them. We don’t have those overheads so we can sell everything a lot, lot cheaper. Quite literally the same price as warehouses. We also choose products that won’t break in transit, so you can be rest assured they will arrive in one piece.
- We open a Deal on a product. Usually for 2 weeks or a month.
- You pick a Deal you want - and don’t pay anything now.
- When we reach a certain number - the minimum order quantity - we qualify for bulk orders at cost price with the factory that produces them and we Close the Deal.
- We process payment and place the order at the factory. They make the products. Usually this process takes 1 month, depending on the item.
- Our shipping company sends the freight (approx. 3 weeks) to Australia.
- A delivery company checks your individual items and brings them to you.
- The whole thing takes about 2 months* and the money you save for being patient is absolutely unbelievable. This really is group-buying done smart.

Warranty and Guarantee
- We guarantee a 1-year warranty on all goods that we offer. The warranty covers domestic use only (no commercial use).
- In case of the goods being faulty and/or can't be repaired, you can choose from two options: an exchange or a full refund. We will also be happy to help with any issues or replacement parts.
- We are an Australian company, so the guarantees set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 apply to us fully.
- All delivery dates displayed above are estimates; you can use the tracking system anytime to check when your purchase is due to arrive.
Warranty Exclusions
- Since these items are non-permanent, the warranty does not cover fading or damage incurred due to extreme weather exposure (including heavy rain, winds, sunlight, exposure to high temperatures, e.g. from barbecue and heaters).
- The warranty also does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, and accidents.
- Please be aware that by not following the instruction manual for installation, you will cause the warranty to be withdrawn.
Our Minimum Threshold Promise
- We know how disappointing it is if your deal doesn’t reach the full container load, so because of that, we will do our best to combine several orders into one container. That’s right, if it’s possible, we will do everything to make the deal happen.

Do I need council approval?
Council approval requirements vary across Australia and may depend on your local council, the pergola’s size, height, location and site conditions. Once you know which pergola you are considering, contact your local council and provide the relevant product details to confirm any requirements before purchasing or installing it. Will it damage my house wall?
No, the pergola will not damage your wall if installed correctly. You need to ensure the wall is suitable, and you must use the correct hardware as per instructions. If you have any doubts about the wall, we recommend you talk to a professional to ascertain whether it’s appropriate. If you’re worried about damaging the wall during installation, please make sure you’re assisted by someone with installation experience.
What power supply does it need?
The electric pergola requires connection to a suitable power supply by a licensed electrician. A 2×0.75 mm² cable is used to connect the motor to the control box, while a 3×1.5 mm² power cable connects the control box to the plug. Additional wiring may be required depending on the location of your nearest power supply. Your electrician will be able to advise on the best setup for your property.
Does the electric pergola come with a remote or smartphone control?
The electric pergola comes with a remote control only. We don’t currently have a smartphone app to control louvres but you’ll find the remote control easy to use. The remote control allows you to adjust the louvres at any angle, so you’ll have complete control over sunlight, wind and rain.
