Our returns and refunds apply if you use our website.

Recipient: A person who registers to use our Website and/or is allocated a discount coupon by the Company.

Return Procedure

If your product is defective and cannot be fixed, you have the option to either exchange it or receive a full refund. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major failure, you are entitled to replacement or refund. For any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage you may be eligible for compensation. Additionally, you are entitled to have goods replaced or restored if they do not meet basic quality standards, provided the failure is not considered major. Being an Australian company, we fully adhere to the guarantees provided by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Conditions for Returns

Our items are custom-made at the factory, so the products listed on our website are non-returnable. Consumers are entitled to a refund or exchange only if the product has a significant defect.

A major defect is defined as one that:
  • The product is defective or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
  • The product is unsuitable for its intended purpose.
  • The product fails to match its description.
All goods being returned must be unused, in their supplied packaging, and in saleable condition. No refunds will be given for simply changing your mind or making an incorrect choice.

Return Period

Return Costs

All costs associated with returning products are the customer's responsibility, as stipulated by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Return Address and Labels

Faulty products that are unable to be repaired must be returned to our company for inspection to identify the fault. Please contact our customer service to generate return labels and obtain the return address.

Refund Process

Refunds for successful returns will be processed using the original payment method stated on your receipt.
