Prices, Payment and GST

Price: All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.
Payment Services: We accept payment by various methods, including major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and other bank cards accepted by Stripe. In any instance where payment is required, the Company will use Stripe (www.stripe.com) to process said transaction. Stripe will process and store your personal data.

Payment Security

Data Storage: Although Stripe does collect and store some personal data (set out in their privacy policy), Stripe will not store raw magnetic strip data, card validation codes (CAV2, CID, CVC2, CVV2), or PIN data as the storage of this data is prohibited by the PCI DSS.
Security: Stripe employs various technologies and procedures to help ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized users. Stripe has therefore also been set up with minimal access to outside networks. Stripe is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider and is also a member of Visa’s Global Compliant Provider List as well as MasterCard’s SDP List.
PCI-DSS: PCI-DSS stands for the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. This is a set of security requirements and policies regarding the protection of cardholder data. The standard is determined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is an organisation put together by the majority of major card schemes, i.e., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover. It is relevant for any entity that stores or transmits sensitive cardholder data, generally things like the PAN (card number), security code, track data, and PIN. Version 1.2. is the current standard. Preceding PCI-DSS, each card scheme has their own standards; the VISA Account Information Security (AIS) standard forms the basis of most PCI-DSS requirements.

Delivery

Dispatched Date: By ordering products from our Website, you acknowledge that all products will be shipped to Australia. We will endeavor to deliver the product(s) to the address specified by you when placing the order as close as possible to the delivery date posted on our Website. For in-stock products, dispatch will be made within 7 business days. If the target delivery date changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Costs: We provide free delivery directly from the manufacturer to your door in New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), and South Australia (SA).
For deliveries to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS) a partial shipping fee is charged. This fee is determined by the number of boxes in order.
Delivery does not include assembly, rubbish removal, or installation.
Delivery method: We partner with reputable courier and shipping companies to ensure that our products are delivered to your doorstep with care. We also use specialised freight companies capable of handling the weight and size of our items.
Order Status: You will receive an automated electronic order confirmation upon acceptance or rejection of your order. Additionally, once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice and receipt, which can be downloaded at any time from the 'Purchases' section in your account. You can also view the tracking number for your order in your account. You can log into our website using your username and password to view the status of your order at any time.

Risk and Ownership for Delivered Items: All risks associated with the item are transferred to the recipient at the time of the first delivery attempt. Ownership of the item transfers to the recipient at the time of delivery.
Our Right to Cancel an Order: The company reserves the right to cancel your order without notice in the following cases: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the ordered item(s) within 28 days after the first delivery attempt.
Your Cancellation Right: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your product(s) within one month of the target delivery date, you reserve the right to cancel the order.
Exclusion of Liability: The Company is not liable to you for any loss that may occur due to delay of delivery – whatever that may be.
