How to Assemble Your Sauna Correctly (Important Video Inside)

1. Before You Start
Before you pick up a tool, please:
    • Download and read the updated manual on your product page, it only takes a few minutes and will save you hours whilst installing.
    • Lay out and check all your parts to ensure everything’s ready to go.
    • Have a helper and the right tools (screwdriver, drill, level, etc.) nearby, this isn’t a solo job, it's handy to have 2 people accessible at all times of installation.

2. What’s New from Us
We’ve made a couple of helpful improvements:
    • You’ll now find 2 extra wooden slats included for free, marked with the letter “O”. Just in case something goes wrong, you’ve got backups.
    • We’ve updated the instruction manual to make details clearer and reduce common mistakes, making your installation process simpler for a cleaner finished product.

3. Key Installation Tips
These 3 tips can save your sauna:
    • NEVER hit the wooden slats with a Metal Hammer. Even gentle taps can cause cracks. USE A RUBBER MALLET or place a cloth over the wood if you need to tap.
    • Always build from the bottom up. Every slat locks into the one below it. If you skip ahead, the structure won’t hold.
    • Don’t try to install the top before the middle. It won’t work and may cause breakage.

4. If Something Goes Wrong
    • Watch the installation video here.
    • Ask a friend or handyman if you're unsure.
    • If a slat falls out or gets damaged, don’t panic. Use a simple wood glue to repair it.
    • Once the final shingles and finishing boards go on, everything will be sealed and protected, no water will get through.
